Our mission

Born from the desire of our CEO to offer its partners and customers a customer relationship service that meets their expectations and complies with all the rules and regulations in force. BPOAD now offers a multilingual (French, Malagasy and English) and multi-channel customer relationship management service. Our mission aims to lighten the internal services of companies, intervene at all stages of the customer relationship and help them obtain an immediate ROI, through the measurement and management, among other things, of key indicators of financial success: cost of processing a call, churn rate, forecast of the seasonality of flows.

BPOMA tries to provide the best working environment so that our teams are serene in carrying out projects.
